Sailing...

Well, we sailed right through April and most of May without a post. It has just been so crazy. Sarah and I spent the first part of April getting stock ready for some shows we were doing and I was taking Mom and Dad to doctors and labs for tests and then Alex's birthday came and Mom ended up in the hospital and then just when things started to quiet down, Keith ended up in the ER and then admitted to have surgery and I get out of breath and tired just thinking about everything! WHEW! Never a dull moment around here.

We are loving the San Antonio area. The people have all been so friendly and the weather has been great. We need rain badly, though. One day of a few showers is all we have had since January 9th. Wish we could divert some of the flood waters from the Mississippi to the parts of Texas that are so dry. We are still exploring some of the area towns and market places and the state parks. Allen has found some spots to do some fishing but one of them has alligators so I'm not too fond of that idea. Allen has visited with a few of the Masonic Lodges around and we have visited a couple of Star Chapters and have found everyone very welcoming. New officers have just been elected and we are planning to attend some of the installations in the next few weeks. All in all, life is good! I would say very good! What have you been up to?
